Treasurer's Reports: Club, Circus plus CD’s at Bell Banks and; Building; Sunshine. Motion Dave, 2nd Danny to accept as given, carried.
Committee Reports—
Membership is at 46.
Circus: Al H. sent report that ticket sales were slow. Circus Committee to meet June 15.
Fair: Wednesday thru Saturday schedule change to horse pull, tractor pull, bull riding and demo derby.
2019 Raffle: Unit assembly about done. Pick up your tickets from Ron.
Old Business—
August 10, 2019 Twins event: Bus parking a problem, possibly need an indoor location. If held at Heritage Center, rain would cancel event. Making progress on food, 50 white tables available from Flyers. Dustin H. will deliver any of our product from Fergus to event location.

Al H. was appreciative of the great turnout. Zuhrah has presented Birak Circus with a gift of the purchase of 60 books of Childrens’ coupons books. Clean-up and set-up for the circus is Saturday, June 15.
Kirby reported briefly on SFA, mentioning it will be in the Twin Cities October 1,2 & 3, 2020.
Jon A. gave updates on the MN Twins Event set for August 10th, which will now be held at the Zuhrah Shrine Center. Russ has lined up a bus for Mason/Shriners and families at $50/person.
Divan members Jon Pavola and Curt Quast were introduced to all.
Everyone grilled their own entrees and enjoyed a large variety of shared sides.
A large Jenga was set up much to the enjoyment of those participating moving the 2X4 boards and
watching from the sidelines. Cornhole boards and ladder toss games were also enjoyed.
