Called to order at 5:06 p.m. by Pres. Ron W.. Present were Jon A., Jon T., Russ D., Gene K, Jeff S., Jim A., Danny E. Also Ken F., Arlyn H., Paul M and Josh H. Josh O. arrived late.
Secretary's Report approved as printed.
Treasurer's Reports: Club - Circus; Building and Sunshine. Motion Dave, 2nd Jeff to accept as given, carried.
Bills: PAW Publication (Circus) $611.83; Jon T. (Kar Kor) $16.10. Motion Dave, 2nd Jeff to pay, carried.
Committee Reports—
Membership is at 33.
Circus: Ticket tubs put together.
Fair: Wednesday thru Saturday schedule change to horse pull, tractor pull, bull riding and demo derby.
Kegerator was picked up.
2019 Raffle: Unit to be ordered this week. Tickets done, need to pick yours up from Ron.
Old Business—
August 10, 2019 Twins event: Searching for ways to reduce costs. Still looking for food donation. Possibly 1,600 for tailgate party.
Onions on order thru El Zagel. Delivery to Jeff’s warehouse.
Ron explained Horse Race Night from Underwood Lions, no action yet.
Secretary to send letter to Dale Jokela on policy for driving patients to Shriners Healthcare/Twin Cities.
New Business—
Completion of interior work at Shrine Building to be done Saturday, May 11 with 9:00 a.m. start. Fall Demo Derby possibly September 7, confirmation to come from Josh Stock.
Help encouraged at Detroit Lakes Circus, set-up Wednesday, April 3, three performances April 4.

Secretary’s Report of the last two Stated Meetings approved as read.
Committees—
Membership—41 including tonight.
Circus—Al H. reported that Carden will most likely have tigers again this year. Losing ticket sellers in some towns, possibly look into youth clubs to sell their communities. Still seeking group to make cotton candy and help clean up. Kenny added that we pay $200/show for clean-up. Stan pleaded that we need the help at a
minimum of one performance from each Shriner.
Fair—July 17-20 schedule is horse pull, tractor pull, bull riding and demo derby. Help needed in Grandstand and Oasis.
